Life is what happens while you’re busy making other plans

And Back Again in the Mountains

Unfortunately Laura’s knee wasn’t well enough to snowboard again. Instead, she enjoyed the mountains, sun and the fresh air while hiking. Noemi’s snowboarding skills improved over time. One day we hiked together to Lomisi monastery up the snowy mountain. Winter Break

This year, Christmas was over already in the morning of 25th when we packed our things, left the AirBnB-apartment and went back to work to the hostels. In the hostels our job is to clean the most important places and sometimes just to be there, welcome new guests, give them bedsheets, take the payment etc. We both work 3-4 days per week for 5-6 hours per day. Between Snow and Palm Trees

  After leaving Ünye we enjoyed cycling the comfortable and flat road right next to the Black Sea. In that area the landscape was quite different compared to what we had seen in the previous days and weeks. There we saw palm trees and for the first time in Turkey a very green landscape.
